Prachee Sinha is a highly motivated seasoned professional with over a decade and half of experience in program management, service delivery, and fundraising. Prachee has led, managed and steward relationships, programs and people throughout her bi- continental career. Her expertise is in program cycle management, communication and partnership management. She has extensive experience in streamlining processes to maximize efficiency, strategic planning and qualitative research. Prachee has MA Degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University. Her MA thesis was on Right to Water and Sanitation for Urban Poor in India. It made policy recommendations that were incorporated by WaterAid India into their strategic plan. For her BA degree, Prachee did fieldwork in the slums of North India with Oxfam GB. Her BA thesis at Hampshire College made policy recommendations for urban poverty programming in India, which was incorporated into Oxfam’s strategic plan.
Over the years Prachee has built and fostered linkages and partnerships with multi-sectoral stakeholders around program development, policy advocacy and issue-based campaigning. She has managed fellowships, programs, and teams, and has been responsible for monitoring programs and budgets for nonprofits. Prachee brings her passion for India, for social justice and her commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to her foray into Global Education. For her day job, Prachee works at the Advancement Office of a higher education institution in the pioneer valley in Western MA, where she lives with her husband.
